A snippet of my life so far - read it & get inspired!

Hi fellas ! so i was thinking of writing some stuff that is happening in my life, some say i'm quite inspirational and to believe it..... it actually is True !
wanna know how, why, what caused it and when it started ? Say no more ! Get ya popcorn and read how i turned from almost invisible to "life of the party" 😎

(☞゚ヮ゚)☞ ~HOW~ ☜(゚ヮ゚☜) [7-06-2020]

It all started on a morning, when i was casually eating buttered bread & my shake, seeing some stuff online, when my dad suddenly burst in and said:-
" BUTTER?! WHEAT??! COW MILK?!! what is wrong with you ?!"
it was long back in feb 2018 and my obvious reaction was "yo dad what happened ? never seen butter, bread & this heaven shake before?!!"
but what did i know about it, this was not exactly heaven, but more like HECK.
My dad, since he had come from this little Auroville/Goa tour of his, WAS COMPLETELY CHANGED and entirely changed our lives, too.
if he hadn't gotten exposed at all to "veganism", i would have died from complications of obesity, maybe even before this pandemic. I was like a hippo back then, who used to secretly munch on snacks, when everyone had there afternoon nap. Actually, i do still secretly munch on "Healthy" snacks, but now, how much ever i eat, my weight doesn't even creep up a kilo.
why you may ask? because when you're on clean foodz, your body immediately cleans out stuff it doesn't need. Pretty much that's how my life has become, but rather than just being internally/physically healthy, i have taken my way to being spiritually aligned ( can say healthy too, uwu).
To say about spiritual health, my mom has the part in it.
the people my mom used to interact with for work had exposed her to yoga, its benefits and an amazing foundation, called "isha".
I specifically don't know that much about it, but there is this man who goes by the name "sadhguru" and he basically preaches people about inner engineering, say it be getting to know yourself spiritually and be happy with yourself.
i say i'm extremely happy with myself ,my health and all of the people i'm close with, especially YOU who is reading this, because i know it might be uninteresting, but if you follow the path that i & people like me have followed, trust me YOU will have a life with overjoys and blissfulness~!

that's all i have for "how" right there, will continue with the "why" soon! but by then, pls think about it & try to change yourself to have such a life where even a disease like coronavirus can't loosen your screw! & of course, learn from nature and listen to what it is saying to you, it'll make you yet the most unbored (is it a word tho?) and happiest person to live! yes, nature has the ultimate power to do anything, so you better listen to it or it may wash you off with any calamity (just sayin' :p). Bye for now, hoomans!! ( ´・・)ノ(._.`)~❤
